UIs created in C# rather than Xaml reduce app size and speed performance (quite important for mobile devices), especially with enterprise apps. BTW --- why not abbreviate to: TextBlock AddressPrompt = new TextBlock(){HorizontalAlignment=System.Windows.HorizontalAlignment.Left, VerticalAlignment=System.Windows.VerticalAlignment.Bottom, Margin=new Thickness(5d), FontFamily=new FontFamily("Georgia"), FontSize=14d, FontWeight=FontWeights.Bold};
